Natural black olive spread
Sundried tomato spread
     
 This fine paste, made by crushing
the flesh of stoned (pitted)
natural black olives, is
Les Moulins Mahjoub's best seller
and has been elevated
to the rank of ‘caviar’ by Gourmet Magazine (May 2000). Ideal as antipasti
when spread (with raw tomatoes, cheese, etc.), black olive spread can also be used
to add flavour to sauces and can be served with grilled meat and fish.

      Produced from crushed
sun-dried tomatoes
emulsified with extra virgin olive oil, this tomato spread is an ideal complement
to black olive
spread as antipasti. It can equally well be used to flavour sauces and be
combined with Tebourba Harissa.

Spicy Sundried Tomato Spread
A spread consisting of
sundried tomatoes
mixed with olive oil
and the flesh of chillies picked
when they have reached peak maturity.
Excellent served with bread
or pasta, it can also be used to flavour sauces, vegetable stock, etc.
Traditional Harissa
     Harissa comes from the Arabic word Ihares, which means ‘to crush’
(just as pesto in Italian comes from
pestare, also meaning ‘to crush’).
Tebourba Harissa
is characterized by its grainy
consistency and its slightly smoked flavour.
Tebourba Harissa is medium
strength, to enhance
the range of tastes of the pepper
Bitter orange marmalade
     Les Moulins Mahjoub
marmalade originates in the bitter
orange tree plantations of
the Cap Bon region. The bitter oranges produced by
these wild orange trees are
grown entirely naturally, without fertilizers
or pesticides.
It takes several days to make
Les Moulins Mahjoub
bitter orange marmalade, using
an entirely traditional
process.
Artichoke Spread

Ideal for starters and cold salads and as garnish for gilled fish. It can be surved as a snack
with pre-dinner drinks and are
